Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

CHOIX offers USPS shipping on all orders.

Shipping rates are actual rates based on destination, package dimensions and weight.

A flat rate of $15 is charged for the shipping and handling of small pillows, $20 for medium-sized pillows, and $30 for large pillows.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.

Shipping times can vary based on destination.

Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays. 

If you absolutely need your merchandise right away, have any questions, or would like to pick up your order in person, please contact us at hello@choixhome.com.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

Items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund (minus original shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase in person or receipt of online order.

Customers are responsible for paying for return and exchange shipments back to Choix.

To return or exchange an item, contact us at hello@choixhome.com. 

Please let us know what item you’re returning, why you are returning, and include your order number. Once received, we'll supply return address details.

Refunds will be applied to the payment method used to place the order as soon we receive the return to our address. If the original payment was made using a credit card, it may take a few days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
